Made in 3 days for Brackeys Game Jam 2023.2 with "Diving Deeper" as the theme.
Implemented: You must 'dive deep' into the mind of your opponent in a roast competition to truly pierce their heart
Post Jam Update 9/10/2023
- Fixed a bug that caused the final fight to not be retry-able
- Fixed a bug that caused the music to play weird after beating the 9th opponent
- Added SFX
- Added VFX
- Added 15 new insult strings
- Insults are far less likely to repeat
- Buffed the 'Indecisive' talent
- Added tips in the pause menu
- Made some elements move to the beat of the music

Great work on the update (and original game, I still can't believe it was made in 3 days)!
I'm stealing some of those insults...
this was a really interesting game the traits added so much as well the finale battle was particularly interesting as I used the damage values to determine if it was a trick or not
Nice concept, simple mechanics. Enjoyed the game overall!
